Cosy up with your favourite people and four-pawed friends at this deceptively large cottage in the centre of Bungay, one of the many vibrant market towns strewn in and around The Broads National Park. A perfect holiday hideaway for walkers, nature lovers and sports enthusiasts who are keen to explore the Suffolk Heritage Coast, the cottage features an open-plan lounge/diner, versatile bedrooms and an attractive courtyard garden.

Boasting an enviable location surrounded by numerous cultural and culinary attractions in the town centre, this two-storey cottage blends a traditional, seamless layout with comfortable and colourful soft furnishings. The inviting lounge/diner is the place to be after a long day out, with indulgent treats and top-ups easily sourced from the neighbouring kitchen. The cottage’s shower room is also on the ground floor. It’s only a short shuffle upstairs to the comfort of two charming bedrooms: a thoughtfully-furnished double bedroom leading to a single bedroom that is home to an additional pull-out bed. Outside, the courtyard garden is adorned with flowers and is the perfect place to plan or reflect on a day well spent.

Market towns like Bungay (100m) and Beccles (7.5 miles), along with the cathedral city of Norwich (15.5 miles) are brimming with dog-friendly pubs, shops and eateries. Each is surrounded by miles of footpaths that follow the likes of the River Waveney and the River Yare, two of the main waterways in The Broads National Park (6.5 miles). The Suffolk Heritage Coast offers miles of beaches and fantastic trails to explore, along with nature reserves both by the sea and farther inland.
