Potts Cottage is quietly located in the heart of the scenic village of Lower Ufford, less than a five minute car drive to the historic market town of Woodbridge.

A comfortable and peaceful retreat, yet within a couple of minutes walk of the village shop, pub and church, with its famous 800 year old font cover.

Close to the upper reaches of the River Deben, Lower Ufford is a sleepy backwater with local stores and a lovely pub offering good food and cask ales.

The ancient market town of Woodbridge is just a couple of miles away, as is Sutton Hoo, the National Trust's famous Anglo Saxon ship burial site. Ideal for exploring the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are extensive forest and riverside walks close by - a gem for dog walkers. Birdwatching at Minsmere and Orfordness can rewards those hoping to see the avocet and marsh harrier. The coast at Aldeburgh is within fifteen to twenty minutes drive.

Potts Cottage is a single storey self contained peaceful thatched cottage well separated from but contained within the grounds of the owner's property.
