Within walking distance of the much loved Farm Cafe where you can enjoy fantastic meals throughout the day and buy some of the best organic produce Suffolk has to offer. The Farm Cafe also sells groceries and other provisions for your holiday in Suffolk.
An ideal base for cyclists and walkers, the cottage is within an easy ride of the coast at Orford and Aldeburgh and the ancient market town of Framlingham.
Within easy reach is Minsmere RSPB's famous bird reserve, Snape Maltings Concert Hall and Framlingham with its famous 12th century castle you will have lots to see and enjoy.
Comfortable furniture, a snug sitting room, an open fire and some great books - not a bad way to unwind and for summer visitors, there is a lovely cottage garden with pretty summer house - ideal for al fresco evening meals.
Marlesford is like stepping back in time - with the 'big house' on the hill overlooking this tiny, peaceful village and the Grade 1 listed church standing majestically on its own - even the rooks seem to 'doff' their caps. - Cottage garden to the front grassed with small terrace and garden chairs, and larger detached secluded garden with shrubs and large grassed area. A comfortable summerhouse with garden furniture where you can sit and enjoy the garden what ever the weather. Barbecue and picnic hamper
- Guests are asked to consider other holidaymakers and not smoke in the cottage
- Bikes can be stored in the summerhouse
