On the edge of the village hidden away down a grassy track, Field End Cottage overlooks fields and forests and is set in a lovingly tended, private, delightful country garden.

Just two miles from the coastal village of Orford with its nationally acclaimed restaurants and lovely country pubs, Orford Castle and sailing club. From Orford quay holiday makers can take the ferry to Orford Ness (National Trust) or Havergate Island (RSPB). Field End Cottage makes a wonderful hideaway for a family holiday or a group of friends. Close to the route of the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Path, and the Suffolk Cycle route and the forests, it is an ideal location for walkers and cyclists.

Ideal for music lovers and musicians the cottage is just seven or eight minutes drive from Snape Concert Hall and fifteen minutes from Aldeburgh where both music lovers and thespians are well catered for (Aldeburgh Festival and the Jill Freud Theatre). The place for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday close to the coast.
