Ground Floor
Ground floor accommodation consists of a spacious sitting room with armchair and leather sofa, large screen tv and open coal fire. A small dining table and two chairs serves as a dining area in one corner of the room. A pine door leads through to the fitted kitchen which has a cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. A door leads out onto the rear patio which has frontage to Rendham Road from which there is access to a secure parking space behind the cottage.
First Floor
A comfortable staircase with handrail leads from the sitting room to a small landing with doors to the front double bedroom and to the rear day bedroom.
In the know
With Saxmundham station just a short walk away you could take a short break in Suffolk by train from London (Liverpool Street) or from Norwich (via Lowestoft). Also the new Waitrose is just minutes away so why not use their home entertaining service.
Provided
Bedlinen and towels for the double bed. Central heating and electricity and a scuttle of coal for the stove. An electric 'Grenadier' fire torch makes lighting the fire a sinch - no kindling/firelighters/matches required A cot and a high chair for those with a baby but if you want to make use of the daybed in the second bedroom you will need to bring your own bedlinen.
