Style: A Grade II listed red brick granary, built in the 1890s adjacent to one of Suffolk's finest windmills. Swilland Mill has been newly converted into three adjoining 5 star luxury houses, each of which is extremely private and yet the buildings are flexible providing high spec holiday accommodation for 14. The designers have retained the imposing and fascinating structure of this industrial interior, original doors and pullies used in the processing of the flour remain, whilst the top quality finishings, modern furnishings and decoration create 5 star comfort for your holiday.

Grounds: The Granary has both a front door leading from the dining room to the front and a rear door which opens onto a private terrace with picket fence where there is a table and chairs and additional space for small children to play. A gate from the terrace leads to the private garden mainly laid to lawn but with views over the large mill pond (fully fenced). There is a small children's play area with a playhouse in the shape of a mill.

Attractive exterior lighting welcomes you to the property and continues to the hot tub and its changing room a great treat for visitors to The Granary, The Lucam and The Mylen.

Sleeps 4 in a double bedroom and twin bedroom (the twin beds can be zipped to create a second large double. If you are thinking of holidaying with friends or family then do look at The Lucam (sleeps 6) and The Mylen (sleeps 4)

Eating and Drinking: The kitchen is ultra modern and extremely well equipped. The nearby pub, The Moon and Mushroom sells excellent food as well as some of Suffolk's finest beers. There is also an excellent choice of restaurants in the nearby towns of Woodbridge and Framlingham and down by the quayside in Ipswich. Swiss Farm, a 5 minute drive from the granary, is said to be one of the best butchers in Suffolk, and James Whites, producers of fantastic juices is also close by. Try the Big Tom!

The pacious private garden beyond is gated and grassed with barbecue and seating area. Ponds are fenced and the communal outside space has something for all the family to enjoy - a lovely children's area with windmill playhouse and hot tub for the adults. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and 42 inch flat screen in the sitting room with DVD, full Sky package and Nintendo Wii Sports Resort will exercise and entertain the whole family whatever the weather. Newton Equitation Centre (1 mile) offers everything from taster rides, to jumping lessons and for the adults there is an evening pub ride. Toddlers and young children will love Easton Farm Park and the beaches at Aldeburgh and Felixstowe (half hour drive away)

Music: Digital radio / CD players in sitting room with MP3 player attachment. Snape Maltings Concert Hall, home of the Aldeburgh Festival and a year round programme of concerts, ballet and jazz is around 20 minutes by car.

Child and baby friendly - there are stair gates,a baby monitor, bed guards, baby changing mat, potty, high chair and cot.

Ground Floor
The front door opens into a dining room with dining table and chairs. There is a cloaks cupboard and a step down to the open plan living area.
The sitting room has a sofa and easy chairs, coffee table and lamps, a wood burning stove and 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD, full Sky sports and films package and Nintendo Wii sports resort package, and FM/AM radio with CD player & IPOD dock
The kitchen is separated from the sitting room by a breakfast bar and includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, range cooker, fridge and freezer.
First Floor
A straight staircase takes you up to the galleried landing with the old lifting chain still in place, well out of the way of children
Bedroom 1 is east facing and has a king sized double bed, bedside tables and lamps, flat screen TV, chest of drawers and hanging cupboard.
There is a large bathroom with corner bath with overhead shower, wash basin w.c. and heated towel rail.
The twin bedroom has two single beds which can be zipped together to create a large double, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, flat screen TV, and hooks
