The Fox Inn Garden Rooms are ideal for those who want comfort and simplicity in a lovely part of Suffolk just 4 miles from the National Trust coastline at Dunwich and RSPB Minsmere.

Accommodation
All accommodation is ground floor with a smart shower room at the front of the property and a spacious bed sitting room with large french windows opening onto a private decked area and small lawned garden with rural views beyond.
A luxurious king sized bed is the centre-piece of this room with a small dining table and a compact kitchenette to one corner. There is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with icebox, a microwave/combi oven, kettle and toaster.
The west facing verandah creates an extra space in clement weather - ideal for enjoying sundowners!
Services.
The Fox Inn Garden Rooms have electric heating and have been designed and built with the most stringent insulation spec so they are extremely cosy in all seasons.
If you prefer to prepare your own meals rather than use the excellent cuisine that the pub next door offers then there is the use of a microwave/combi oven, kettle and toaster. Do remember that as well as the Fox Inn on your doorstep there is also the Crown (AA 2 Rosette restaurant award) is just down the lane at Westleton .
Or, of course, you can simply have a bbq in the garden.
