- Provide our existing holidaymakers with regular updates on current and new properties
- Ensure all our staff visit and are familiar with the properties on our website
- Answer potential holidaymaker enquiries, helping them to choose in the light of their particular needs and preferences, honestly enthusing and reassuring where necessary.
- Generate and take bookings throughout the year
- Pay owners in full, towards the end of each month, for holidays starting in that month
- Provide owners with information and guidance on the legal and financial issues surrounding holiday lettings
- Provide owners with guidance on property presentation, updating and facilities to ensure properties meet market trends
- Operate a 24 hour, 365 day a year emergency telephone monitoring service.
- Provide a 24 hour availability on line booking service with office services from 9.00am till 6.00pm on Monday to Friday and from 9.00am till 5.00pm on Saturday.
Our Service
Our reputation is second to none, booking some properties for holidays for over 45 weeks a year, many for over 35 weeks. On average, sending owners over 30 weeks of bookings a year, (these figures exclude weeks taken for owner use).
What we charge
Properties available for letting throughout the year do not incur registration fees, advertising or website costs. We charge a commission on holidaymaker bookings of between 17.5% and 20% plus VAT on the rental charge.
