A delightful grade 2 listed country cottage, its garden edge lapped by the River Deben, Mole End Cottage conjures up idyllic lazy days by the river with Mole, Rattie and Mr Toad. A more peaceful spot would be hard to find. With nightingales and kingfishers regular visitors to the garden and otters in the river, some lovely walks from the cottage around the lanes to the water mill and to the lovely pub at Easton, you may not wish to venture far from home.

Hidden in the rolling countryside of the Deben Valley, Mole End is ideal for visiting the Suffolk coast, Framlingham and Orford with the Norman castles, the woods and lowland heaths at Dunwich, Minsmere and Sutton Hoo. Nearest pub The White Horse, Easton (1.4 miles, 2.3km)
