About the cottage
A picture postcard Suffolk cottage packed full of charm, and set amidst countryside fit for a constable painting. Situated just outside Dedham, easily one of the prettiest villages in the county, Heath Cottage is a fantastic base from which to explore Constable Country and the treasures it has to offer.
Grounds
Heath Cottage is a real Tardis! Its modest front garden and seemingly small exterior could lead you to believe the cottage and grounds are small, but you would be wrong. Instead the interior is light and roomy, with its sunny conservatory doors opening onto the spacious back garden, a truly lovely space to enjoy lazy days in the sun.
Parking
The drive is situated to the rear of the property and provides parking for up to two cars.
Sleeps
Four in One king size and one double bedroom. There is a further single bedroom suitable for a child, or to use as a nursery.
Rates
Rates will vary between £489 and £657 per week, depending on the season.

Three nights; except in high season when it is a week.

Flat screen TV and DVD player, CD player, wifi access and an array of books and local information are provided for your enjoyment. The outhouse is a lovely room to enjoy a glass of wine, or to relax reading a book.
Packing tips
There is so much walking to be enjoyed here, so do not forget an Ordnance Survey of the Dedham Vale area, along with walking boots. Bird lovers, do not forget your binoculars, the surrounding countryside and river is a haven for wildlife. And lastly (and to some, most importantly) there is a drinks fridge just waiting to be stocked!
