With the power of online reviews really affecting property performance, here at Suffolk Cottage Holiday we are asking why it’s important to have all of our holiday cottages star graded. We are committed to offering our holidaymakers the very best stay in this beautiful county, and that’s why we believe that first impressions really do count. Being able to confidently market a property knowing that we would happily stay their ourselves gives our customers the peace of mind they should expect when booking and taking a holiday.
With many of our holidaymakers searching on our website by star grade (just under 82%) we therefore believe that achieving the highest grade possible will aid booking correlations in the long run.
Suffolk Cottage Holidays recently launched its’ own quality assessment scheme. A brain child for many months and similar to that of Visit England, we aim to inspect all of our cottages annually to make sure that they are maintaining our expected high standards. Not only do guests feel reassured that we are regularly visit our properties, the scheme also helps to reward owners who go the extra mile for their paying guests.
Perhaps you have decided to install underfloor heating and have purchased a top-of-the-range OLED TV for the sitting room. Or maybe, you have splashed out on adding an equal bathroom to bedroom ratio. You can be proud of your 4, 5 or 5 star gold rating as you display your plaque for all to see. Not only that, we display all of our star gradings on our website – we love to sing of your successes!
You may be wondering what each star grade on our website means; here’s a quick over view to give you a brief idea:
3 Star – Good to very good level of quality
4 Star – Very good to excellent level of quality and comfort
5 Star – Excellent to exceptional with a degree of luxury
