We were delighted to invite our owners to a Homeowner Event at Snape Maltings on Sunday 17th March 2019. We had a fantastic turn out with many owners joining us to enjoy great food, great atmosphere and great company.
This event was a fantastic opportunity for our owners to meet the team and network with each other. Complete with an organized tour of the world famous Concert Hall.
The day started with the opportunity for owners to meet some of the team including the Homeowner Liaison team, Suffolk Cottage Care team, Marketing team and special guests from DS Photography who create virtual ‘Dolls House’ tours- if you haven’t seen one, take a look at Butley Barn and play the 3D Walkthrough Tour.
Amy Roberts from our Homeowner Liaison Team says; "The Homeowner Team found this time invaluable as it gave us the chance to hear feedback on what you love most about holiday letting with Suffolk Cottage Holidays and how much you all value our designated Homeowner Liaison Team. Each homeowner has a key contact who works closely with them, monitoring their property performance and liaising with other departments on behalf of the owner. I personally had a great time meeting my owners face to face and getting to know more about them and their property. I enjoyed being able to answer queries on the day and as our software means we can update property information remotely, I loved being able to look up live data and make changes if need be."
We'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the homeowners who attended on Sunday - take a look at some of the lovely feedback we got after event:
“We really enjoyed the owner event at Snape on Sunday. It was great to meet you and others in the team, and the venue, food and drink were excellent. Many thanks to all for your hospitality.” - Wren Cottage, Woodbridge
“We would both like to thank you all at Suffolk Cottage Holidays, for the most enjoyable lunch in the stunning venue at Snape. We loved meeting the members of team and putting faces to names and chatting to fellow holiday owners.” – Lady Cottage, Lavenham
“Just a brief note to thank everyone for such a pleasant information and luncheon event at Snape today. It was really good to meet a lot of the team who work so hard on our behalf and to garner some useful information and tips too. The lunch was delicious and we really enjoyed mixing with some other home-owners and sharing tales and experiences.” – The Stables, Ufford
