Chapel cottage is a traditional grade two listed self catering cottage with lots of character. Tucked away off the road, and situated on a small lane with only a few other properties, this is the perfect base for a quiet Suffolk break. Ideally positioned with the market place and high street only a short walk away.
The decor is country cottage style with mainly wooden furniture. There is a traditional kitchen with table and chairs, pantry and a cosy wood burner. Leading from this, up two steps, is a light and airy sunroom overlooking the south facing garden which is a perfect spot to enjoy a good book during the summer months. The sitting room is a warm, carpeted area with a deep pile rug and an electric wood burner effect fire. The first floor has a double bedroom with decorative fireplace, a single room, both with ample storage, and the bathroom. The pretty courtyard garden is both paved and grassed and has plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine. Shop: 0.2 miles Pub: 0.2 miles.

4 nights at this lovely cottage, comfortable, quirky, love all the finishing touches. Garden is exquisite especially the roses, we enjoyed feeding the birds and keeping the water topped up. Lovely location for us as a family member has moved to Halesworth from up North. I am sure we will come again, thank you for leaving the Welcome Pack.Jen - 11th June 2018
